It depends which Bromley application you mean, because the required paperwork is different for each service. For some applications, Bromley asks for supporting evidence or specific plans/photos, and for others it just says to have all evidence ready before you start.
| Application type | What to include |
|---|---|
| Early Years Inclusion Team referral | All evidence in support of your application |
| Planning application | Photos, site location plan, existing and proposed floor plans, and existing and proposed elevations; a site/block plan where required |
| Chaperone application | Current photo, completed NSPCC certificate, current DBS, and names and email addresses of two referees |
| Primary school application | A Supplementary Information Form if the school requires one, plus supporting documentary evidence if you are applying on medical or social grounds |
| Subject access request | At least one document from each category: proof of address and proof of identification |
For planning, Bromley’s checklist says photos and a site location plan are mandatory on all applications, while floor plans and elevations are also required in most cases. If you’re applying for a chaperone licence or a subject access request, there are also strict ID rules, so it’s worth checking the exact document list before you submit.
