Broxbourne lets you apply for a parking permit online using the permit application page. You can buy, replace or amend permits for one or two vehicles, and there are commuter and local worker permits available.

You can apply for a parking permit. Broxbourne also notes that permits do not guarantee a parking space, and if you no longer need one, you should request a refund by emailing parkingcontrol@broxbourne.gov.uk.
