Coventry’s parking permits are applied for online through the Permit Portal, with phone help available if you get stuck. Once your account is set up, you can choose the permit type, add your vehicle details, upload the required proofs, and pay for the permit.

You’ll usually need proof of residency and vehicle ownership, and Coventry says a permit won’t be issued until all the correct documents have been received. If you’re applying for a resident permit, the vehicle registration document (V5) and proof of residency are required.
