You can report a noise complaint online, or contact Coventry’s monitoring service by phone or email while the noise is happening. Coventry asks for your name, address, telephone number, and the address of the premises you’re complaining about, and it can’t accept anonymous complaints.

It also helps to start keeping a diary sheet, which you can download from the noise page. Coventry’s officers will then try to deal with it informally first, and if needed they may visit to hear the noise themselves.
