You can report fly tipping online, and Dartford says that’s the quickest way to get it logged and sent to the right team. If it’s urgent, you can also phone during office hours or use the out-of-hours service.

| If you see someone dumping rubbish | Phone the Police if possible, and don’t try to tackle the offender yourself. |
A couple of useful points: Dartford Borough Council can only remove dumped rubbish from public land, and rubbish on private land is the landowner’s responsibility. If the fly tip is blocking the road, Kent County Council should be contacted.
