In Durham, the timeframe for delivering a new bin varies based on the type of request you've made. Here's a summary of the expected timelines:
| Type of Bin Request | Delivery Timeline |
|---|---|
| Replacement for lost/stolen bin | Charged at £30, timeline not specified |
| Garden waste bin request | Issued within 10 working days |
If you have just moved into a newly built property, your developer should provide your rubbish and recycling bins. If they do not, you can purchase them from the council for £70. If you need further assistance, consider checking the new bin request page.
