If the fly-tipping is on private land, Gravesham says it isn’t responsible for clearing it. It can still investigate and take action against the offender.
| What Gravesham will do | What you should do |
|---|---|
| Investigate the offence where possible | Report it online using the fly-tipping form |
| Arrange clearance only if the items are not on private land | Give the date, time, location, what was dumped, photos if you have them, and any vehicle/person details |
| Continue enforcement action against the offender | If you need help with the form, phone customer services on 01474 337000 |
You can report it here: report fly-tipping. If you’ve already reported the same incident and it still hasn’t been cleared within a reasonable time, Gravesham asks you not to submit another report; instead, email waste.management@gravesham.gov.uk with your original reference number.
