Yes — Harrow says you may be eligible for a resident parking permit if you live within the boundaries of a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) and your property isn’t one of the ineligible types.
| You are not eligible if | Details |
|---|---|
| You live in a Permit Restricted Development (PRD) | Some developments are excluded from resident permits. |
| Your address is listed by Harrow for business use | Resident permits aren’t issued for business premises. |
| You don’t live within the boundaries of the CPZ you’re applying for | You need to live in the zone. |
| Your vehicle is too large/heavy | Over 2.08 metres high, 5.50 metres long, or 5 tonnes in weight. |
| You have three unpaid or unchallenged PCNs | The applicant cannot get a permit. |
Harrow also says there may be exceptions for Blue Badge holders, and if you have a Blue Badge you do not need a resident’s parking permit. If you want to apply, you can do that online here: apply online.
