Havering parking permits are applied for online through MiPermit. Most permits are virtual, so you buy and manage them in MiPermit rather than receiving a paper permit to display on your vehicle.

If you already have a virtual permit, Havering says you can make changes through your MiPermit account. If you still have a paper permit, Havering says to buy a permit through MiPermit and then contact trafficandparkingcontrol@havering.gov.uk to cancel the old permit and get a pro rata refund.
