Hillingdon’s Freedom Pass page explains how to apply for a bus pass, and you do that online through London Councils. If you can’t apply online, Hillingdon says to call the Social Care Direct team.

Hillingdon also says only use the London Councils website to make a Freedom Pass application or order a replacement, because there is a fake website in use.
