Hounslow says you can report a noise complaint online, by phone during office hours, or via the out-of-hours noise service if it’s happening on a Friday or Saturday night. Council tenants should report noise nuisance to their housing officer, customer services, or the estate enforcement team.

When you report it, Hounslow asks for your name, address, telephone number, and details of where the noise is coming from. They’ll also send you a noise information pack and log sheet so you can record the problem.
