A pothole should be reported to Norfolk County Council, not West Norfolk. West Norfolk’s roads and pavements page says Norfolk County Council deals with potholes and other road maintenance issues.

If the pothole is on the A11 or A47 trunk roads, the page says those are dealt with by Highways England. For anything else on roads and pavements, Norfolk County Council is the right place to go.
