Lincoln says you apply for a parking permit online through its permit portal. You’ll need to create an account, and once you’ve paid you can park straight away using the temporary reference number while the permit is processed and posted.

Lincoln offers resident, visitor, business and HMO permits. If you’re eligible for a free permit or a discounted first permit, the application still has to be made online and reviewed before issue.
