You can apply for LinCare online, and you can also apply on behalf of someone else. Lincoln’s LinCare service asks for a few details before you start, and you can contact the LinCare Control Centre if you want help with the application.

If you don’t have ready access to a neighbour, nearby friend, or family member who could respond quickly, Lincoln also says you can sign up to the Wellbeing Lincs Response Service as part of the setup.
