You can register to vote online, and Lincoln says that’s the quickest and easiest way to do it. If you can’t register online, you can phone Electoral Services on 01522 873733 or email electoral@lincoln.gov.uk to ask for a paper form or to have your application taken over the phone.

You must be aged 16 or over and be a British or Irish citizen; Lincoln also says some Commonwealth and EU citizens can register if they meet the eligibility rules. If you move house or change your name, you need to register again or update your details.
