You can report fly-tipping online or by email, and Lincoln will arrange for the rubbish to be removed. If it’s on public land, the council aims to clear it within two working days.
| How to report | What you’ll need | Link |
|---|---|---|
| Online fly-tipping report | The address and postcode of the dumped items (or the nearest you can find), a description of the items, and any details about who may be responsible such as vehicle details, dates, times, and descriptions | Start your flytipping report |
| Alternative online fly-tipping report | Same details as above | Start your flytipping report |
If you witnessed the fly-tipping, Lincoln also asks for as much detail as possible, such as vehicle registration, make and model, who was involved, when it happened, where it happened, and what was dumped.
