You can arrange a bin-related collection or request new containers online through Newcastle-under-Lyme’s waste services pages. For an assisted collection, a missed collection, extra waste collection, or to order bins/bags/caddies, the council provides specific online forms.

A quick note: if your bin is overflowing, the council says it can’t be emptied unless the waste is presented correctly, and for normal collections your bins and bags need to be out by 6:00 a.m.
