If you don’t have your account reference, North Warwickshire says you can use the Contact Us form or phone 01827 715341 during office hours to get help. If you pay by Direct Debit, the council also says you can choose the 1st, 5th, 15th or 25th of the month, and you can pay your bill in 12 monthly instalments.
