North Warwickshire Borough Council’s Contact Centre is open Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00. The council’s building hours are a bit different: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00–12:30 and 13:30–17:00, and Wednesday 10:00–12:30 and 13:30–17:00.

If you’re planning a visit, it’s worth noting the council offers face-to-face service by appointment only. The records also say the council offices close on Thursday 17th April and reopen on Tuesday 22nd April 2026.
