You can apply for Housing Benefit using the council’s Housing Benefit/Council Tax Support application form. Nuneaton and Bedworth only accepts new Housing Benefit claims if you’ve reached state pension age or you live in specified supported or temporary accommodation.
If your circumstances don’t fit those rules, the council says you must apply for Universal Credit instead. If you’re already getting Universal Credit, you can still apply for Council Tax Support through the same form.
