Oldham has an online form for reporting potholes, and photos are helpful if you can safely provide them. You can also track an existing report using the reference number you were given.

Oldham says it will repair potholes that are at least 4 cm deep on a road, or 2.5 cm deep on a pavement. It also notes that potholes on private, unadopted, or privately owned roads can’t be repaired by the council.
