A few examples from Oxford’s guidance: shouting or arguing in the street, fireworks, and vehicle noise should be reported to Thames Valley Police on 101, while some other noise issues are handled by other bodies. If you’re reporting something urgent at night, Oxford City Council says to report it through the online form or Noise App and it will be dealt with during working hours.
