You can apply for free school meals in school or online through Slough’s website. Slough also asks you to include all children of statutory school age in the application, and the result will be sent to you and your child’s school.

If you use the online form, Slough says you should have your National Insurance number, your personal details, your child’s name and school details, and details of the benefits you receive ready first. If you’re applying under the no recourse to public funds categories, you can contact the school or email FSM.Admin@slough.gov.uk for an application form.
