Slough’s bins are collected on a fortnightly rotation: grey refuse, red recycling and green garden waste bins are collected every two weeks, and they’re not all collected in the same week. For a specific property, Slough says you should check the bin-day directory, and some roads are listed below.
| Road / area | Bin day / schedule |
|---|---|
| 70-80, 94-104 Borderside | Every Wednesday |
| 190-212 Weekes Drive | Every Tuesday |
| 83-93, 95-105 Weekes Drive | Every Tuesday |
| 219-279, 299-323, 100-122, 200-256, 270-310 Long Furlong Drive | Every other Monday - grey bin |
| 241-285, 244-248, 250-276, 286-292 and 287-291 Eltham Avenue | Every other Tuesday - grey bin |
| 1-11, 8-14, 17, 22-24, 35-41, 47-61 Lansdowne Avenue | Every other Wednesday - grey bin |
If you’re asking what goes in each bin, Slough uses the grey bin for general rubbish, nappies and pet waste, and the red bin for clean, dry recycling like cans, tins, glass jars and bottles, flattened cardboard, paper and loose plastic bottles. Green garden waste is collected separately for customers who have subscribed to that service.
