You can report a pothole to Stoke-on-Trent City Council using the highways problem form. Stoke also says potholes, road damage, drainage, flooding and similar highway issues can be reported online, and you can track the request with a MyStoke account.

If the pothole is on a road outside Stoke-on-Trent City boundary, or on the M6, A50 or A500, Stoke says it doesn’t have jurisdiction over those areas.
