School place decisions for September 2026 are sent on the relevant offer day for each phase. Swindon says primary, infant and junior offers go out on Thursday, 16 April 2026, and secondary school offers go out on Monday, 2 March 2026.

If you applied on time, Swindon sends the offer by email on the offer day. For late applications, they aim to send the offer on the offer day if they can, otherwise as soon as possible after that.
