Tonbridge and Malling says you can report litter through its online litter form. For street waste issues, the council also says to use the litter report form for litter problems, including overflowing bins.

If you’re reporting anti-social behaviour, Tonbridge and Malling also says littering should be reported to Waste services rather than the ASB team.
