To apply online for an older person’s bus pass in Warwickshire, you need evidence of your date of birth, recent evidence of your address, and a photo. Warwickshire also says you’ll need to upload the evidence as a PDF.

For address evidence, Warwickshire accepts things like a rent receipt or tenancy agreement, an NHS letter or prescription showing your address, DWP letter with your National Insurance number, housing benefit/council tax benefit letter, HMRC personal tax letter, The Pension Service letter, The Probation Service letter, JobcentrePlus letter, or a current mooring licence, all dated within the last 12 months. They do not accept bank statements, driving licences, poll cards, or the electoral roll as address evidence.
