You can register to vote online through the gov.uk registration service, and each person must register themselves individually. If you can’t register online, Welwyn Hatfield can send you a paper form by email or phone.

A few points to keep in mind: registering for other council services does not register you to vote, and you need to be a British, Irish, Qualifying Commonwealth or European Union citizen and be on the register.
