You can register to vote online through the Gov.uk website, by phone, or by downloading an application form. West Lothian says it only takes about 5 minutes online.

You must be aged 14 or over, have the right to leave or remain in Scotland regardless of nationality, and have no legal incapacity to vote. If you want, you can also check whether you’re already registered by visiting CIS Offices, Libraries, or West Lothian Civic Centre, or by phoning the Electoral Registration Office.
