You can check your polling station by looking at your poll card, which tells you where you should go to vote. If you haven’t got it, East Lothian says you can still vote as long as you’re on the electoral register, and you should contact the ERO to check where you’re allocated.
| What to do | Details |
|---|---|
| Check your poll card | It shows your polling station for your address. |
| If you don’t have a poll card | You can still vote if you’re on the electoral register. |
| Check your allocation | Contact the Electoral Registration Officer on 0131 344 2500. |
| If you’ve moved house | If you didn’t tell the ERO, you may still be registered at your old address and vote there if that’s where you’re still allocated. |
If you’re voting in person, East Lothian says staff at the polling place will also check your name and address when you arrive, and for UK parliamentary elections you’ll need photo ID.
