You can apply for Housing Benefit online through Gravesham’s Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction account. If you can’t apply online, Gravesham says you can phone Customer Services to request a paper form.

Gravesham only accepts new Housing Benefit claims from pensioners, people in certain exempt or specified accommodation, and people placed in temporary accommodation by the council. You’ll also need original documents, not photocopies, to support your claim.
