Hull says you can apply for an older persons or disability bus pass online through the My Bus Pass portal, or by appointment at a library if you can’t use the portal. The portal is the quickest route and new passes are usually received in 5 working days.
| Way to apply | What you need | Where to go |
|---|---|---|
| My Bus Pass portal | Upload the required proof, a passport-style photo, and an email address | Access the My Bus Pass Portal |
| Library appointment | Call 01482 210 000 to book | Hull Central Library, Avenues Library, Bransholme Library, East Park Library, Fred Moore Library, Gipsyville Library, Greenwood Avenue Library, Ings Library, Longhill Library, or Western Library |
For a disability bus pass, you need proof of address, identity, and disability. For an older persons bus pass, you need proof of address, age, and residency. If you’re applying at a library, Hull asks you to book first rather than just turning up.
