Hull says you apply online through the My School Portal, and if you need a paper form you can use a Common Application Form instead. For primary and secondary applications, there are also contact details for the School Admissions Team if you need help or want to change an application after submitting it.

Before you apply, Hull asks you to check your nearest school, think about home-to-school transport, and make sure everyone with parental responsibility agrees with the preferences you list. For EHCP cases, there’s a separate admissions process via the Local Offer Website.
