You can report a pothole online using Medway Council’s report a pothole, road or pavement defect form. You’ll need the location, a description of the severity and nature of the defect, your contact details if you want a reply, and any photos you have.
After you submit it, Medway will inspect the site and order any safety repairs that meet its criteria. If the pothole has caused injury or damage, you can make a claim to the council, but only after you’ve reported the pothole first.
