Perth and Kinross Council says you can apply for a bus pass online through the National Entitlement Card service. If you can’t apply online, you can use a paper form and return it with the required supporting documents.

The council says all applicants need proof of person, address and photograph. If the application is for a disabled pass, proof of eligibility is also needed.
