Perth & Kinross asks for proof of your address and proof of vehicle ownership when you apply for a resident permit. If you can’t prove both from the standard document examples, you may need to apply for a Season Ticket instead.
| Required upload | Accepted examples |
|---|---|
| Proof of address | Council Tax bill dated within the last 12 months, or a Lease, or a Solicitor’s letter confirming your current address is within the controlled parking zone for Perth or Crieff |
| Proof of vehicle ownership | Vehicle Registration Document (V5), or Vehicle Lease agreement, or a company signed letter on headed paper confirming you are the main driver of the vehicle |
The uploaded proof of address should show the full page, including your name and date of issue. If you’re applying online, Perth & Kinross says to create an account and complete the online application first, and then wait for the email that allows you to pay online if your application is successful.
