If you mean a council house through Runnymede’s housing register, you apply for social housing online. Runnymede is temporarily reopening the RBC Living & Homes website for new housing register applications, and you’ll need to re-apply later when Housing Online goes live.

Runnymede says there is a shortage of social housing, so housing is given to people in the greatest need under the Council Allocation Scheme. If you’re offered housing, it could be council-owned or from a housing association or registered provider.
