Staffordshire Moorlands uses a simple three-bin setup for most homes: grey for mixed recycling, brown for food and garden plant waste, and blue-lidded for general rubbish. If your property uses the alternative sack/box/caddy system, the rules are a bit different, and the council’s bin checker can show your exact collection day online.
