You can report fly-tipping online using Swindon’s reporting tool. The form asks you to mark the waste location on a map and give a short description of what’s been dumped.

If you can’t use the map, you can still submit a report by giving as much detail as possible, especially the location. If the dumping is on private land, Swindon says you should contact the landowner first.
