To request a replacement bin in Tonbridge and Malling, use the online form for replacement bins or recycling boxes. If the bin is damaged, there’s also a specific repair option, and the council says to leave the bin in a visible place after you submit the report.

If your bin lid is detached but still intact, Tonbridge and Malling says to report “repair/replace damaged bin”. If the lid is missing or beyond repair, report “request replacement lid.”
