Torridge uses a fortnightly refuse collection for household waste, and your black bag or small dustbin should go out by 6am on your scheduled collection day. Bulky items are a separate chargeable service and, if booked, normal bulky items go out by 5.45am or the night before; white goods, metal items and sofas go out by 7am on the day of collection.
