What Do I Do If I Forgot My Login Details?

If you’ve forgotten your login details for the Home Connections, you can reset them by following these steps:

1. Go to the Home Connections landing page.
2. Click on 'Login' to open a new window.
3. Select 'Forgot my Login Details'.
4. Choose a reset option:
   • Reset using my personal details
   • Reset using my Email ID, Household ID, or Application ID (if known).

Make sure to write down your ID number, password, and any security questions you use so you can log back in easily next time.
