West Berkshire lets you report non-emergency problems online any time through its “report a problem” service. For urgent issues, they ask you to use the emergency contact route instead.

If it’s an emergency or there’s a risk to life, West Berkshire says to call 999 immediately. For non-emergencies, you can also use the general report a problem page.
