West Lothian’s parking permits for disabled parking are applied for by completing the residential disabled persons’ parking place form and returning it with the required documents. You can do that by post or email, and the council also offers an application form through Customer Services.

A few basics matter for eligibility too: you must be a Blue Badge holder, and the vehicle has to be registered at your address. West Lothian says it will acknowledge receipt within a week if it can provide a bay, then do a site inspection and send an acceptance letter.
