To report a missed bin collection in Braintree, go to the waste portal through My account and choose the bin type, then select “Bin has not been emptied” and “Report a collection issue.” You can only do this after 3pm on the collection date and up to 12 noon on the following working day.

Before you report it, Braintree says to check for service updates, make sure the bin was out by 7:00am on collection day, and check it wasn’t contaminated, too heavy, frozen, or compacted. If you report after 12 noon the next working day, Braintree says it cannot guarantee collection.
