You can get a replacement school bus pass by contacting National Express directly. Coventry says replacement enquiries are handled by the bus company, and the replacement pass costs £7.50.

If you still have the existing swift card, you may also be able to log back into the National Express portal to choose that card. If you do not have the swift card, Coventry says you can order a replacement card for £7.50 as well.
