You can apply for an East Lothian National Entitlement Card bus pass online at getyournec.scot. If you can’t apply online, East Lothian also lets you apply at your local library, and if you can’t get to a library you can email the transport team.

If you’re over 60 or have a disability, the card can give free bus travel in Scotland and locally. Children and young people aged 5 to 21 can also apply for free bus travel, and East Lothian directs them to Freebus.scot for that route.
