To apply for a bus pass in East Lothian, you need proof of who you are and proof of your current address. If you’re applying on the basis of a disability, you also need extra proof of entitlement.

If you can’t apply online, East Lothian says you can apply at your local library, where staff will check and validate your documents. You can also email your details to transportadmin@eastlothian.gov.uk if you’re unable to attend in person.
