You can track your Housing Benefit application in your MyHarrow Account. Harrow says you need to link your Housing Benefit claim to the account using your Housing Benefit reference number, then check the Housing Benefits section and the correspondence tab to see the stage of your claim and any letters they've sent.

If you’ve submitted a dispute or appeal, email notifications may not show every update, but you can still check the claim progress in MyHarrow Account. Harrow also says not to contact them about progress until after the 4-week period has passed.
